Product Vision
I was responsible for setting the product vision and defining a completely new category of eSports tools that bridged the gap between competitive ambition and accessible performance feedback. I led the product design and strategy across the entire lifecycle—from ideation and user research to prototyping, feature development, and ultimately, a beta launch. Through hands-on community engagement and iterative testing, I identified and validated user problems by attending over 100 startup and gaming events, ensuring the product remained deeply grounded in player needs.
Data-Driven Product Innovation
Recognizing that manual coaching and anecdotal advice weren't scalable, we leaned heavily on the power of data and automation. I helped architect an innovative data collection pipeline, using real-time in-game footage alongside computer vision and machine learning models. This resulted in a first-of-its-kind system that could automatically track skill progression, analyze gameplay patterns, and deliver personalized insights without any manual intervention.
Competitive Gaming Analytics
I led the UX design for this data platform, crafting visualizations and UI patterns specifically tailored to how gamers consume information. By turning raw gameplay telemetry into meaningful, digestible insights, we created a feedback loop that benefitted not only individual players but also game developers and potential sponsorship partners. Our system was both technically advanced and highly user-centric—delivering complexity through intuitive design.
